Hi friends, fans and followers! Because I know how much you all love giveaways, I’m going to get right to the punch! Since my last giveaway was focused around food, this quarter’s giveaway will be hosted around fitness! Lately,  I’ve been getting tons of questions from people asking the best way to shape up and lose weight this year WITHOUT the use of a gym. As a woman who works almost 12 hours a day and has a hectic personal life, I’m completely understanding of this request. I barely have time to blink better yet go to a gym.  So to get my workout in, I’ve been hitting up the fitness DVD’s, which can be just as effective as a gym workout, especially if you have the right equipment! Well, one lucky reader will win some fabulous equipment to intensify their home workouts!

    I've heard good things about the Shred DVDs but have yet to try. I'm obsessed with the workout classes at my gym like zumba and body pump!

    Awesome giveaway, Claire! Now that I'm getting older, I've noticed that maaaaaaybe I can't eat whatever I want anymore :) And I'm sure my hectic life & ridiculous amounts of stress don't help! I have been eating smarter & just started a running program to get back into shape. Hard, but worth it! I'm sure Jillian Michaels could whip me into shape!

    One of my new year's resolutions is to be more fit. I am trying to workout at least 3 times a week. I love using workout dvds because I can do them whenever I have extra time.

    I'm so glad you're doing this giveaway. JM's 30 Day Shred is no joke. I've gone through it a couple times, and it definitely tones you up. As a matter of fact, I'll be doing level 3 when I get off work today. Good luck with your 30 Day challenge.

    I've been a runner for a long time, but the last 6 months have been really bad since the wedding and moving. I really want to find a way to get back into exercising without going to the gym (can't afford it).

    Loving this giveaway! I completely despise going to the gym; it's covered in everyone elses sweat and bacteria. When I moved into my new apt. the fitness room consisted of a recumbent bike with broken seat, treadmill that goes on level 1 or 100 only (the between levels do nothing), and a weight unit without pegs to set the weight limit.     This is such a fabulous giveaway!!! I always struggle with getting into an exercise routine. Since the hubs and I are trying to be on a budget, we can't really rationalize getting two gym memberships. So...I have to get motivated to do the work at home, which can be an insane challenge. On a happy note though: 2 weeks ago I decided to do a workout dvd at least 3 times a week (reasonable amount I thought); I have a bad back, but after doing pilates and yoga for two weeks, the pain totally subsides! C Can't get much better than that, right?

    I would love to win this! I'm am in the process of re-motivating myself to work out at home after a big move from the east to the west coast. I've been eating healthy, running, and doing dvd workouts in my living room, this prize would be awesome to add to my collection!

    Hello dear friend! You know I already facebook and twitter and all the social media stuff as best as a recluse like myself can. I'm hoping to eventually lose 40ish pounds, but will settle for 20 by your wedding! I have to revamp my fitness routine though and Jillian Michaels yelling at me might be just the thing. I'm a recent college grad, and college destroyed what used to be my fitness. :-) I'm trying to get back in shape, but I don't have the $ for a gym membership and it's too cold to run outside right now.     What a great giveaway! Uhh, my fitness right now is pretty nonexistent. I was in good shape for my wedding in June, but since then have started eating like a guy (thanks to my husband) and have stopped working out because of my crazy schedule and lack of desire to get out in the snow/ice to go to the gym. I'd love to win these!

    I am the workout video guru or maybe the biggest sucker alive for workout infomercials. And I am awesome at doing them for about 2 days. I long to be the person that LOVES to workout, that gets energy from running, and that looks amazing in spandex. So far, 27 years, have passed and that hasn't happened yet. We did just get a gym membership though and so far we are steadily making it at least 4 times a week. Which is a 400% improvement on our other workout plan. I do like the ability to do things at home too though so a giveaway like this would be perfect!

    I love this giveaway :D My story is kind of ongoing now (as I guess all weight related stories are). I graduated highschool feeling pretty much perfect about my weight. I never even gave it a second thought. It wasn't until my Senior year of college I started to notice that my body wasn't at all where it use to be. In fact, it wasn't close (a nice 20 pounds off, give or take). So, I took action. First month of grad school I went running every day for thirty minutes plus 20 more minutes of lunges, pushups and crunches. I was starting to feel pretty much better about myself. Alas though, all good things must end. As grad school picked up, my great routine was dropped, and now I am missing my time to go to the gym. HELLLP!!!

    Do I know how to lose weight...yes! Do I know the workout routine...yes! Do I like to work out..no!!! I do so much better when I am held accountable, when someone is waiting for me or counting on me. So I've enlisted the help of my strongest support team, my parents and my ever loving boyfriend! My parents schedule to go to the gym around my crazy schedule, so if I don't go I let them down.     My diet/weight/fitness experience has just been bleh. In college I casually exercised but had an eating disorder. In law school I started to exercise a bit more regularly. I find it hard to stick to a routine though. I don't LOVE exercising, I do it because I need to. Which is kinda lame. I wish I loved it more!

    My fitness experience has been better since joining the YMCA. I love taking classes or just working out on my own. I have been more motivated to go the gym because I have fun while I am there and feel so good when I get home.

    Ah fitness...how you've become more important since I no longer have the college life, body or metabolism anymore. I wonder how I could eat ANYTHING (pizza and pints of Ben and Jerrys daily) and not past that 120 mark back then. Now (getting ready for my wedding), I find myself in love with veggies, running, and friends who have light beer just to get back to that point. It's a challenge, but I'm approaching it as a "better lifestyle" than a "diet" plan....meaning "fitness" is here to stay!

    My fitness experience: Well, I've lost about 20 pounds in the past six months thanks to a rigorous running routine and good eating habits. I've been slacking recently though, and I would LOVE 10 pound weights and an exercise ball-- they're purchases I've been wanting to make but don't have the money for!
