4 Sweets for Santa: Maple Spice Cookies

Pin It PIN IT!

Spare the gingerbread men this year and enjoy this savory/sweet cookie instead! [Via]

If you are a fan of gingerbread, is this cookie for you! The spice in these sweet treats taste like a softer version of gingerbread, which make them easier to eat [at least in my book!] As cute as gingerbread men are, I just can’t handle that much of the flavor! And after eating a few thousand gingerbread people and houses, I think Santa will be eager to try a different variety of spiced cookie. The maple icing and crunchy walnut topping give these cookies the right amount of sweetness.
