Watermelon Feta Salad

Ingredients:

Directions: 

  1. Cut a baby watermelon in half (save the other half for later). Cut watermelon into cubes, discard rines.
  2. Place watermelon into a large salad bowl. Set aside.
  3. Chop cucumber, tomatoes and chives. Add to the bowl. Mix in blueberries, dill, feta & lemon juice; mix with a wooden spoon. Eat and enjoy!
Nutritional information per cup: 90 calories, 6 grams of fat, 10 grams of carbohydrates and 6 grams of protein.
