Pina Colada Steel Cut Oats

Serves about 7. (3/4 cup servings).
Prep time: >10 minutes
Cook time: About 4 – 6 hours

Ingredients:

Directions: 

  1. Add oats, coconut milk, light cream, water, chobani, sugar, cinnamon, brown rum and coconut flakes into the basin of a crock pot. Top with pieces of cut up butter.
  2. Turn crock pot on low and cook for about 4 1/2 – 6 hours (mine only took about 4 1/2 hours), or until oats have incorporated all of the liquid. Stir mixture every 1 1/2 hours to avoid burning and sticking.
  3. Serve immediately with extra coconut flakes.
