Pear & Honey Steel Cut Oats

Serves about 7. Recipe inspired by The Yummy Life.

Cook time: 6 hours



  1. Combine all the ingredients (except for the butter) into a basin of a slow-cooker. Top the oat mixture with the butter pieces. Stir with a spoon to mix them up.
  2. Set slow cooker to low and cook for 6 – 7 hours. To avoid burning, check the oats at the 5 hour mark and stir to mix up.
  3. Serve warm with chopped almonds.
