Fresh Pineapple, Raspberry & Orange Margaritas

Serves about 3. Inspired by Gimme Some Oven.
Prep time: >10 minutes

Ingredients: 

*Mine were great with 3/4 cup, but you can add an additional 1/4 cup if you like them boozy!

Directions: 

  1. Place two glasses into the freezer to chill. Place the pineapple in a blender and pulse until smooth. Stir in the juices, tequila, Cointreau and raspberries. Pulse until just combined.
  2. Dip your cold glasses into water and then into sugar. The easiest way to do this is pour a bit of sugar into a shallow bowl.
  3. Pour the margaritas into the glasses and garnish with fresh raspberries.
