Banana Nut Smoothie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place the banana, oats, almond meal, milk, greek yogurt, honey, cinnamon and about 1 1/2 tablespoons walnuts in the blender. Blend until completely smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a jar and garnish with crushed walnuts and a few banana slices.
