Now, I’ll be honest. I don’t always eat breakfast. Although I work from home, my schedule is still as jam packed as it was before. As soon as I’m up and Oscar is out, I’m busy cooking, photographing, editing and writing. Sometimes, it’s 1pm and I haven’t had more than a cup of cofffee. I know this is bad, but it’s how it is. Unlike many other fiber and protein bars, these are ALL NATURAL, or what I like to call, real food. They have no pesky preservatives, no weird ingredients you can’t pronounce, no strange or odd textures that could only be a result of strange factory production.     HOORAY! Convenient gluten free breakfast options!  Those sound amazing.  My favorite breakfast food is good old-fashioned pancakes, with real butter and real maple syrup.  I so rarely have them, but they're always amazing.

    I was a skinny child, but now in my mid-30's, I had put on some weight.  I did the HCG diet and took off some of it, but more than anything, the diet showed me how important it was that I monitor what I put into my body.  I now cook with whole foods whenever possible, minimize sugar and starches, and fuel myself naturally with protein and fiber primarily.  Unfortunately, good food is expensive, and so this would really help me maintain the progress I've already made!  THANKS!

    i usually have the same breakfast most mornings - veggie sausage on a homemade baguette with local cheddar cheese. =) the rise bars look fab - would love to try 'em!

    I cannot leave the house without a healthy and filling breakfast! I usually have whole grain oats with fresh fruit or greek yogurt with fresh fruit.  Plus gotta have that cup of coffee to get me going!

    Yum! I'm always looking for good, new, on-the-go bars and these look great. My go to breakfast is a bowl of old fashioned oats. Sometimes sprinkled with dried cherries or cranberries and cinnamon.

    Right now I am loving steel cut oats, baked oatmeal and brown rice porridge! I make all of the above ahead of time and can portion them out and reheat them quickly in the morning, which I love!

    Those look so good! But my favorite breakfast is oatmeal. I like to stir thin slices of bananas and raisins in it, pop it in the microwave, decorate it with some cinnamon and some almonds and a drizzle of honey and I'm set!

    my absolute favorite breakfast is biscuits and gravy. i don't eat that every day though, just for special weekend occasions. day to day i eat a lot of peanut butter toast and banana. but that's almost as delicious.

    It changes, but this week I'm very into wheaties with strawberries and blueberries and skim milk! I was on an oatmeal kick for awhile, and before that it was egg whites with spinach.

    Normally I'm all about yogurt (mixed with flaxseed oil, oatmeal, almonds, etc), but lately I've been making smoothies every morning with beets, bananas, and kale or spinach. VERY tasty.

    I love to do a mix of cereals with old-fashioned oats, fruit (always one banana, but the other fruits vary), and a little unsweetened almond milk.  Very filling!

    My favorite breakfast is Kashi (black currents and walnuts or golden goodness) cereal with plain Silk soy milk. A very close second is oatmeal made with soy milk and sprinkled with ground flax. Everything is always topped with fresh fruit (mostly berries). A small glass of OJ and always a great cup of coffee.MMMmmmmmm happiness.
